Lanthe Mono Wallpaper in Lapis
Lanthe is a quintessential example of French Art Nouveau design, originally created as a wallpaper border by artist R. Beauclair in c.1902 and printed for Liberty in 1967. Ianthe Mono is a one-colour version of Ianthe – discovered hidden in the archive, it evokes the forms first used by Liberty in the ‘60s. The textured non-woven ground is softly visible through the chalky pigments layered on top.
Available in Lapis, Fennel, Ointment, Pewter White.
The new Liberty Interiors collection celebrates our historic lineage of craftsmanship and design, as seen through the eyes of The Modern Collector – with Liberty wallpaper printed at a historic factory in England.
Our wallpaper rolls are approximately 10.05cm long within 1.5% accuracy. Hanging instructions are sent with every roll and to be followed by the installer before hanging. Please check the direction of the pattern before hanging. We recommend the use of a light, ready-mixed adhesive suitable for ‘past the wall’ application. This is a premium product and we would recommend the use of a smoothing brush when installing, to minimise any potential damage to the print surface.
